Our history stretches back more than 150 years and we are committed to continuing the art of traditional butchery. Everything we sell at Riley’s, is locally sourced, from farm to fork.
We make of our products on-site and our meat is free to roam over acres of Lancashire pasture. When he’s not in the shop you’ll find Geoff in the meadows keeping an eye on the animals. So, you can be assured that from our prize-winning sausages to our matured beef, we know exactly where it comes from.
Whilst we are dedicated to excellent quality and tradition, we absolutely love to give things a modern twist, experiment with new flavours and ideas, there’s always something original coming out of the kitchen.
