“Having tried to get fit many times in the last 15 years I never understood how people had the motivation to go to a gym and get fit. I lost the enthusiasm at day 2! Needless to say I never got anywhere. Then I met Michelle and went to her gym in Rawtenstall town centre – WOW what a difference, I felt so comfortable in the environment and so relaxed that I actually wanted to be there. No posers and body builders just normal people like me wanting to get/keep fit. Michelle does not just show you how things work and then leaves you on day 1 she tweaks what you do each time you visit, so the programme level may change or the time/distance. You always have that motivation to push that little bit harder that you know you can do if you are pushed. In addition to the gym, I ventured into a body conditioning class which was excellent; it uses all parts of the body and gives a really good work out. The odd thing is though and I never thought I would say this I look forward to going each time”

Essentially Natural
May I send an electronic copy of my praise for the Citronella soap made by "essentially natural" this saved my skin last year when I used it up at at the greenhouses in the park at all hours of the day, totally unmolested by flying alligators except on the days I forgot to use it. A wonderful product well worth the price.

I would like to thank the VaW team but especially Anna, for a very good and comprehensive presentation. It was only when I got home that I realised what lot of information and specialist knowledge was involved, which I expect would normally attract substantial consultancy or training fees under other circumstances. It was extremely generous of her to donate it for nothing.

Steve Heap - The Decorating Service
